1099-R #{PrefixNum} : For electronic filing purposes, when there is an Ohio State Abbreviation entered,the following fields must be present: Ohio withholding,State ID, and state distribution amount.
Solution:
If there is no withholding make sure the state is not entered under the Electronic Filing data on the source doc screen. (For example 1099-R box 13)
