If entries have been made for the secondary spouse's Driver's License or State Issued ID information, please provide a valid New York document number. You cannot select "Does not have Driver's License or State ID" on the Client Information screen. Hello @Surbhi4you Were you able to resolve the diagnostic? If you haven't already, see these steps:
1. Go to Screen 1, Client information.
2. Scroll down or use the sections panel on the left to select the Taxpayer Authentication section.
3. The requirement is set when the Taxpayer Identity Verification is selected. When Identity Not Verified or State-Issued ID is indicated, additional inputs are Not required for Federal e-file.
