The following diagnostic is generating: e-file: Due to a carryback the full amount of overpayment is not being brought forward to the next quarter. For Maine e-file purposes Maine will only allow the full overpayment to be brought forward. Either suppress the penalty or paper file this return. (ref: #4539)
