The following diagnostic is generating:I am trying to e-file an amended tax return, I have already attached the pdf but am getting an error message #44713 but I can't find a solution.

Same issue, seems to be a ProConnect issue with the diagnostic artificially preventing e-filing. Please someone post if they have a fix, this is patently ridiculous.

What type of amended return?

efiling is not open yet (as of 1/22/26) for individual returns.

Amending an 2024 S corp return due to amended f941 and 940s being filed, fixed by putting the e-file attachment link to VA return to "#18  IRS determination" as no other options fits or seems relevant, and otherwise prevents e-filing until cleared.
