Distribution of property details have been entered in the Schedule M-2 screen, but the total on Form 1065, Schedule K, line 19b "Distributions of other property" is zero. Enter the total amount of property distributed in either the Schedule M-2 or the Other Schedule K Items screen. Review correction if necessary.
Solution: Please go to screen 28, Schedule M-2 and locate the Distributions section. Review the entries in the field for "Property Details (included above) Also enter partner details in Sch. K-1 Misc. Screen. Press F1 Help for details (Ctrl+E)." If they are correct, an entry will also be needed in the "Property" field under Distributions. This should be the total amount of property distributions for the partnership. You could also enter property distributions in screen 22.1, Other Schedule K Items, under the Distributions sub-section.
