Critical Diagnostic for AL return when efile is selected. Preparer is selected and phone # is entered in User Options. Have re-entered and still get diagnostic.
Solution: This has since been resolved. Please ensure a preparer is selected in screen 1 that contains a valid phone number, and also ensure you have the latest version of Lacerte.
