If ordinary income, Hawaii ordinary income (loss), or Hawaii net income (loss) is present in the return, then a PDF of the Schedule K-1 (Form N-35) for all shareholders must be attached. Select 'Partner's Share of Income, Credits, Deductions, Etc (Par, S-corp and Fid only)' for 'Form line or instruction reference.

Attach a PDF of Hawaii Form N-35. Select "Partner' Share of Income, Credits, Deductions, Etc. (Par, S-corp and Fid only)" from the dropdown list in the field "Form, line or instruction reference" in screen 3.2.
