The following diagnostic is generating: #403 -this ref number does not match to problem. The diagnostic States that with Form 2555 -foreign income exclusion, the federal withholding or SS withholding cannot exceed 50% of the wages. ?? But that's what it is. It's been paid, the client had high withholding to cover other income. There is no way to correct this?
