Critical Diagnostics only reads
"e-file: Amended return are not allowed for e-file. An amended return must be filed as a conventional paper return." 
This return has 17 states and when I clear each state from E-file this diagnostic does not go away. Anyone know which state this diagnostic is specially for?

Solution: Amended returns for the state of Alabama are not allowed. The return would need to be paper filed.
