The following diagnostic is generating: If Form 1065, line 6 'NetGainLoss' is less than zero, then form 4797 must be present in the return. This return will have to be filed as a conventional paper return.

Partnership had a casualty/theft loss reported on Form 4684. I cannot get Form 4797 to generate with the return even though the loss amount is showing on Form 4797. Form 1065, line 6 is showing the statement "See Form 4684."
