The ERO's Contact Name MUST be present for all electronically filed returns. The ERO Contact can be any individual specified by you in the Preparers section of the program and need not be the person which initially submitted an application for the EFIN with the IRS. The preparer's name must include a first and last name. Add a Preparer in the Preparers tab within Optionsin Preparer Information within Settings. Perform the following steps: 1. On the Settings menu, click Options. 2. Click the Preparers tab. 3. Enter your preparer information.
