Solution:
If attachment is for 8283: Form 8283 will not generate if not itemizing. If it is generating check to see if they are getting diagnostic 50558 ""Form 8283 is forced to print with Schedule A for illustrative purposes only and does not impact the calculations in this return. This form is not required and therefore will not be included in the electronic return transmitted to the IRS.""
