The following diagnostic is generating:

Dependent # {PrefixNum} : Attach a signed Form 8332 (Release of Exemption) or similar statement to the return, unless the dependent not living at home is being claimed under a pre-1985 divorce decree.

Solution:

Attach a signed Form 8332 to the return.
