    The following diagnostic is generating: Dependent #1: Attach a signed Form 8332. We are filing for the non-custodial parent. We have the form attached and the form 8332 filled out. Cannot get this diagnostic to clear.

    You might be able to override it when you efile.  See e-file support tools > disable e-file error.
