The following diagnostic is generating:

An APO/FPO military address indicator was entered and the state postal abbreviation does not equal AA, AE or AP. The City must equal APO, DPO or FPO and the taxpayer's address must contain an appropriate ZIP code.

Solution:

1. Go to Screen 1, Client Information 2. Scroll down to the Address section3. Verify the State entered is correctNote: If this is a military address and AA, AE, or AP are entered correctly continue to Step 4. If this is not a military address and the entry of AA, AE or AP are not valid, delete and enter the correct state do not complete the rest of the steps.4. Go to Screen 4.4, E-file Miscellaneous 5. Enter a 1 in, Military address: 1=APO/FPO, 2=stateside, under the Miscellaneous section
