North Carolina Secretary of State ID Number Missing.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Detail screen 1, North Carolina Information section and on the line 'State ID Number apply the missing number. This Diagnostic will not prevent e-file if ignored
