The following diagnostic is generating:

North Carolina Secretary of State ID Number Missing.

Solution:

Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab.

In screen 1 Client Information>North Carolina Information>State ID Number enter the number assigned to the S-Corp by the secretary of state.

Critical, will not prevent e-file transmission
