The following diagnostic is generating:

Per the IRS instructions to Form 5227, the following items should accompany the first return of a charitable remainder annuity trust or unitrust: 1. A copy of the trust instrument; and 2. A written declaration under penalties of perjury that it is a true and complete copy.

I am trying to e-file a Form 5227 and a diagnostics tells me that the trust instrument and a declaration letter stating that it is a "true copy" must be attached since this is the first filing. 

I have attached both pdfs' to the form and cannot get rid of the diagnostics.

We have the same diagnostic and have attached the documents - still there. Although it didn't hold up the electronic filing of the returns.
