The following diagnostic is generating:
CA SMLLC #{PrefixNum}: Form 568, SMLLC California SOS Number is invalid. The SOS number must be 12 numeric digits. A valid SOS number is 12 digits and starts with either 19 or 20.
Solution:
- Go to State & Local>Screen 54 Taxes>California SMLLC.
- In the California Single Member LLC section verify the CA Secretary of State number has been entered correctly. Correct if necessary.
