The following diagnostic is generating:

You have elected to base next year's federal estimated tax on the current year tax. The Ohio estimated tax is based on a federal AGI of zero.

Solution:

Go to screen 7.1 – XXXX Estimated Tax (1040-es) Review Ohio-specific estimate settings: Scroll to the state-specific section for Ohio.

Enter a projected federal AGI or Ohio income to override the zero AGI.

You can also override the estimates in screen 7.1 Overrides>XXXX estimated tax [O] for the state.

Critical, will not prevent e-file transmission.
