If Schedule L Section E line 1 is equal to Section D Line 3 a completed schedule COGS must be attached We are talking talking about a rental partnership no COGS exists why am I getting this error on a simple rent of equipment and land return........Pertains to the KY state partnership return that is not an LLET and does not have any COGS. This particular form does not even apply to this return....... Informational only
