Have 3 Sec 1031 like kind exchanges of rental properties. Am receiving critical diagnostic 205069 on all of them that states "like kind exchanges completed after 12/31/2017 are limited to exchanges of real property not held for resale. A transition rule does provide relief if the property given is disposed of .... Please review the disposition to confirm it qualifies as a like kind exchange under the new law."
They are rental properties not held for resale. Yes, they all qualify as like kind exchanges. How do I get rid of this critical diagnostic? Thanks.
