The following diagnostic is generating:

Ownership Information, Officer # {PrefixNum} : An invalid SSN has been entered in the "Social Security Number" field. Please enter a valid number. Foreign US and Applied For are not allowed for CA efile.

How can i get around this diagnostic? the owner is Foreign and i would still get a diagnostic if i don't e-file California tax return. As per the state it is mandatory to e-file. Client received a K-1 for the state of California but their entity is not formed in California and they are not registered either.
