The following diagnostic is generating:

For efile, Alabama Schedule D does not allow negative amounts for "Amount Received" or "Subsequent Improvements". Modify these amounts or paper file the return.

Solution:

Verify amounts for the Schedule D. If neagatives are needed, paper file the return.

I am also having this very same issue. Anyone have a solution?

This week I tried e-filing a return with wash sales, disabled the e-file error check, and the return was accepted.
