Solution:
If resulting from a QOF (see internal article Rollover to Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) - Lacerte): QOF gets entered exactly how federal wants it without dates for part of the entries. Would need to paper file PA or make a copy of return and add dates and review PA form to make sure still accurate to e-file (unconfirmed if workaround possible).
