The following diagnostic is generating: If "Farmer / Fishing Income" box on Schedule 7 is checked the Schedule IT-2210 must be provided for e-file. If total amount has been paid to meet a required exemption, enter the filing date in the penalty and interest screen and remove override for Form 2210 under the state column. Solution: In the penalties screen, under "Form 2210 options [O]" for state, select option 3 to force the printing of the 2210 form.
