The following diagnostic is generating:
If the TP residency status for form ND-1NR is nonresident or part-year resident, the other state must be entered for e-file
Solution:
- Click on the diagnostic on the Diagnostic tab or go to Detail>State & Local>Screen 55 Part Yr./Nonres. Infomration>North Dakota.
- In the North Dakota Part-Year/Nonresident section look for 'Name of other state in which you were a full-year resident or part-year resident' and enter a two character ID for the other state.
- Only the Taxpayer side is needed to resolve this diagnostic error.
