The following diagnostic is generating:

The Ohio Department of Taxation requires the taxpayer read and consent to the Direct Deposit Disclosure Statement when direct deposit of refund is selected.

Solution:

1. Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab and check the box for Taxpayer's consent to disclosure statement.
2. Or navigate to General>Screen 3, Miscellaneous Info./Direct Deposit.
3. Scroll down to Ohio Direct Deposit of Refund/Electronic Payment section and check the box for 'Taxpayer's consent to disclosure statement.'
