The tax program did not automatically reduce expenses for the small employer health insurance premiums credit of ${SEHIP}. Use the input "Reduction for small employer health insurance premiums credit" located in the Schedules C and F input screens to manually reduce expenses for the affected business activities.
Solution:
The diagnostic only relates to Schedule C and F users and doesn't pertain to employers (Schedule H) of household employees. In screen 16 Business Income (Sch C) or Screen 19 Farm Income (Sch F) make an entry in Health insurance premiums reduction for Form 8941 credit, (code 338) field to reduce the employee benefit program expense.
