There is an override in the number of Forms 5471 that are attached to the return on Schedule N.
Solution: Please go to screen 3.1, Misc Info./Other Info and scroll to the Foreign Operations of U.S. Corporations (Schedule N). Find the field labeled "Number of Forms 5471 attached [O]." Since this field is an override, remove any entry here that may be causing the diagnostic.
