Solution:
Amortization code 59 is ""optional write-off of tax preferences"" This makes it an AMT item which goes over to the 6251. The most common reason would be for research and experimentation costs, however the diagnostic is stating that if its for something other than that, such as mining costs, to reallocate it using the input on screen 40.
