The other post-refund bank product (ERC) selection requires additional input for Direct Deposit. Please select the direct deposit check box and enter the bank information.
Solution:
This diagnostic is generating because Other post-refund bank product (ERC) is selected, but banking information is not entered. Banking information must be supplied for the process to complete. If the diagnostic is the result of incomplete input: Click the Detail tab Navigate to Screen 3 - Miscellaneous Information/Direct Deposit Scroll to the Direct Deposit of Refund/Electronic Payment section Mark the Direct deposit of federal refund checkbox Enter the Financial Institution information If the diagnostic is generating in error: Click the Detail tab Navigate to Screen 4 - Electronic Filing Click on e-file PDF/Miscellaneous in the left navigation panel Scroll to the Miscellaneous section Un-mark the Other post-refund bank product (ERC) checkbox.
