This is in the 2020 hosted right networks version and gives me this message on the business files that were transferred from 2019. The individuals are fine and open with no problem.
I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with help desk and she didn't have any idea and then was disconnected.
I remember this happened to me one before. One computer was not able to open the file and the other five computers were able to open the file just fine.
What I did was, I updated it and its works. Dont update from proseries.
You need to go to windows >>> Proseries (what ever year for that file) >>> Proseries updates. Then restart your computer.
You might want to try that and hope it will work for you.
