intuit logon and related authorities

I have too many logins / user ids, each with different authority & access.  They are now being confused & cannot find the correct logon with the appropriate authority whenever changes need to be made.  I need to consolidate those user id's into one or two that has all of the needed authorities.  Examples of authorities needed (that can't be properly edited by me) are authorized credit cards, staff user ids and related authorities.

Clarify: multiple Intuit IDs or multiple RightWorks IDs?

Intuit ID's I've been told cannot be merged. You can change your Intuit username to distinguish them better rather than use your e-mail address. Highly recommend a password manager like Dashlane to keep them all straight.
