How to open ProSeries with Right Networks web hosting

My Right Networks account shows Right Networks and IntuitPCG are both active.  However, when I open Right Networks link, there is no icon for the ProSeries software - only Microsoft Office.  How do I get to the tax software to begin entering returns?

It sounds like ProSeries has never been installed into the Right Network Desktop. Try opening Right Networks My Account and look in there. Because this is a new feature for ProSeries it might be best to call into ProSeries support
