This form is not appearing when I request an e-signature. Please add it to the forms you want to request if the client is filing Form 4547.
The form is not appearing when I use Custom Copy and select Federal e-file signature form. I don't see another way to include the form in this copy. I use this for my letter, e-signature forms and other related documents. It should be selected when we choose Federal e-file signature form.
