This section is great unless you have sent multiple to a taxpayer to sign. If, for whatever reason, I have had to issue multiple esigs to a client NO LONGER can I tell if they have signed since the status goes to "multiple"
The status should show the last recorded action (voided, sent or sign, efiled etc). The status Multiple sucks as it made me miss many signatures that had been returned.
