When I opened Lacerte individual this afternoon every time I go to forms, the Form help box is checked. This is making there be blue question marks all over the forms view. I unchecked it and it keeps checking it every time I go to another form. Please make that stop, remove whatever is automatically doing that,

I concur, put something in the options so we can remove the annoying blue question marks populating all over the forms!!

I concur, please remove the "form help" check box. I do not need it.

Why is this happening in the 2024 program but not in 2023?  How do you disable this globally?  There is no tax help for "form help" either.

Good news! I had the same problem and found how to turn it off. Go to Settings and Options. On Program Options it's like the 9th one down where you can change it to NO. Have a nice day!

HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS! THANK YOU MA'AM!

Give us the option in settings to disable this - the question marks cover up the numbers and makes it terrible to review on screen and with client!!!

I concur, please remove the "form help" check box. I do not need it.  As an alternative, make it be turned off automatically and we can check the box to turn it on if we want to use it.  The question marks cover up information I want to see.  Thanks, D

Hello, to turn off Forms Help on a certain form, you can check the checkbox on the top of the page.

To turn it off, go to Settings > Options (Ctrl + O ) and find to the line "Show Forms Help Icons in Forms Tab" and select No as the drop down.

If you notice specific inputs that are hidden behind the Form Help icon, share the location or screenshot below so we can further research. Thank you.

Yes very annoying. The question marks cover the amounts on the forms so the amounts can't even be seen completely.

Another example of Intuit/Lacerte being out of touch with user needs - a forced icon that hinders work progress buried in  a settings menu in an erratically pushed out update. Thanks Intuit for being so.... intuitive.
