Intuit Link invitations should send an invitation to both spouses on a joint return. Both should be able to access said return's information. The invitation cannot be sent to only the primary taxpayer; some are not the person who handles the taxes in the relationship, some are incapable of doing so, some relationships are complicated and both people may need to see what is going on, etc.
Totally agree! First email address is not always correct for the Married Filing Jointly couple. Both spouses should have access to Intuit Link with their own login.
