When I access the Lacerte Availability Tool to see what the status is of each form, it gives me the following error message when accessing any Lacerte Module:

 

"Unable to process your request at this time. Please try again after sometime."

 

Please fix this issue. Thank you.

This tool has now been fixed 🙂

This tool is not working again - please be consistent in providing a reliable tool.
