Please consider the option of removing the border from the Questionnaire. I believe it will open up those pages.
I like my questionnaire to be condensed in single space questions and I am currently limited on the margins for questionnaire due to having the border.
Maybe that is what I prefer instead, to be able to reduce my margins more .50.
