I have obtained 3 different new Louisiana account numbers and all of them are 7 digits.
I attempted to get extensions for these 3 clients and the LaCerte system rejected the request claiming the system requires a Louisiana ID of 10 digits. Please contact your programing dept to notify them that the La ID only consist of 7 digits and to remove the requirement for a 10 digit.
If necessary, I can supply LaCerte with an ID notification from Louisiana that I just received yesterday for an ID of only 7 digits
