When a form says "not Final, and displays on the screen with a watermark saying 'Do Not File', why can't we still print it out, instead of getting a blank white page that just says "Form Not Available"?
While I am aware that the form is not final, I would still like to be able to have a copy of the form for my records, while waiting.
If I can display the form on my screen, I should be able to print it!!!
