I am a long time user and have had to call Lacerte three times in the last two days for glitches in your program. This is not usual. I hope that problems get resolved quickly! I pay about $58 a person for your program that cost me over $5800.00! I expect an excellent program that gives me no problems that should be resolved before the IRS opens!
