1040, Screen 32.1 - HSA contributions should have an "[A]" as amounts get pulled from the W-2 screen 10, box 12 entries and causes duplications. Need better CAUTION diagnostics that it could be duplicated... causing penalty and nasty IRS notices and an amended return to fix.
