Ever since we have used Pfx Engagement (since 2002) we have been able to link our tax grouping from this program in to Lacerte. Since the update of 3/3/2022 this feature is no longer working. The tech support person I talked to said she has heard this is no longer working with other programs as well. We need this to work ASAP with the business return deadline approaching 3/15!!!!!!!!!
Yes! I called and received the response that yes it was Lacerte that caused the issue but it was up to Prosystem to fix it, not them. Very frustrating at a time when we are already so many other software issues.
