Customizing a client letter is very hard since the sidebar lists codes without good descriptions. ALSO where to enter the codes into the proforma letter takes a lot of trial and error. It would be easier if the edit template had paragraphs separated and even labeled.
Extension returns should have the due date printed too.
Totally Agree if you find a cheat sheet on usable codes please share. I will publish if I find any. But the documentation seems non-existent. Like I want to use Preparers info not the firm. So a client can contact the person that actually prepared the return with questions.
