I have uploaded the latest software update.  We are still having trouble with current and prior outstanding checks not being loaded in the bank reconciliation function.

We are also having trouble with payroll.  If you click on a prior payroll check and it takes you to the entry screen, all payroll information is missing for that check.  If you try to reenter the information, all deductions get reclassified to the federal tax withheld.

Our company is on hold to process any client information at this point.  We are held up and the software is of no use.  We need an immediate fix to these issues.

Hello @michaeldsullivancpa ,

There is a new release of EasyACCT now available – Version 2025.1.10.

This release includes the following items below:

  • GL report is showing incorrect information from sales Journals
  • EasyACCT Client transfer does not give an option to transfer in payroll transactions
  • EasyAcct is sorting by the first number on Employees, and Vendors

We know this release does not cover all concerns that have been raised, but we wanted to keep you updated on the progress being made. We will continue to share updates as more become available.

We downloaded Easy Account Version 2025.1.10, still have after the fact payroll entry gets deleted when going back to review check. if we re-enter check, all withholding is entered by system to fed withholding.

When we going to get update, with all bugs fixed ?

This fix did not fix the problem.  We are still having all of the same issues.  This is dragging on way longer that it should.  You have put us all in a bad place with taking care of our clients.

I have updated EasyACCT to Version 2025.1.10 and it didn't fix at least one item that you list as being fixed in this update. It is still sorting the Employees by the first number on the employee listing.
