Reconciliation from December ... is gone.  I backed up after I processed, but back to the machine and November pops up, anything I put in for December reconciliation is gone. Why is this happening.  Is there some updates that are going to fix these issues.  I am trying so hard not to get very angry, but, I used my 2024-2025 to finish out my year end w2/1099's.  Now I need to get GL's, income statements and all of the other reports to give to my clients, so they can bring to their choice of tax person.  Farmers are due in February and I can't get January reconciled cuz December is now missing. My business is going to look like a total this is MY FAULT. Also, when a update comes up, why can't it tell what the update is for, so we can have an idea, which part might be getting fixed. To me it looks like EasyAcct has had 2 months, since the beginning of the BAD PROGRAM. Come on 2 months, in technology is uncalled for and a BIG ISSUE. EasyACCT has ALL our information, email addresses, phone numbers. Why are we being IGNORED.
