• Payroll and Company Files: You can transfer data from EasyACCT Professional to EasyACCT Business. Payroll functions will still work, though you would lose state SUTA forms and the e-file option for Form 941. Since you mentioned planning to use the IRS/state portals, you can still print the 940/941 forms for paper filing.
