I don't use EasyACCT, but I have encountered this with Lacerte. There is a pop up that disappears behind the sign in. Hold Alt and press Tab to show open screens. Hopefully you can find the pop up and close it to get to the sign in.

Well, that didn't work. Any other suggestions before I call tech support?

With the tax programs:
1. Shut down your computer after install
2. Restart computer and if program does not work, Uninstall the program (this does not affect data in the tax program, but you should be sure to back up all your work before trying.)
4. Install the program and restart the computer.
Give it a try? Support is not open today or tomorrow

Good luck and report any solution back here. Monday is sort of a double holiday. MLK and Inauguration Day.

Jim, what version are you using? We have not had that problem, but we have had the problem if we have other programs running and click to open EasyACCT it will not show up until we minimize the other programs. We are using 2024.2.01

I am using 2024.2.1 Pretty sure it is the most current. I am not running any other programs at the same time. It is just baffling me. It works fine on another computer running Windows 10. The computer with the issue is running Windows 11.

We are running Windows 10, may need to call the support number.
