No ideas but I have the same issue. Purchase page says I have sigs left. Client efile sig page says I have zero. Sent one successfully 7/24 10:42 am. No go 7/24 evening and today 7/25. I too bought 10, no luck. Windows is up to date, tried both Chrome and Firefox.
